The History of
Tri-County Records
Management Center, Inc.
- Over the years, the Hill family continued its tradition of moving families and businesses locally, nationally and internationally. The founder retired and one of his sons took over the Mayflower Agency.
- In 1997, the founder’s granddaughter, Mary Hall and her husband, James, purchased the Mayflower agency from her father. They have a combined experience of more than 40 years in the moving and storage business.
- In an effort to service more than the moving needs of businesses and families, the Hall’s formed Tri County Records Management Center, Inc. to service the record storage requirements of the North Central Florida area. This increase in storage business required the relocation to larger facilities, and in 1998 the company moved to its present location, which encompasses more than 30,000 square feet.
- With the advances of current modern technology in the fields of image and film documentation, the Hall’s feel they can provide unique, confidential and safe storage for all types of documentation for businesses that includes, but is not limited to, medical, legal and corporate accounting records.
- With the ever-changing capabilities of data document storage and secure internet access, TCRM will continue to explore all capabilities and resources available to meet the growing needs of its clients.
Tri County Records Management Center, Inc., traces its roots back to 1952, when the grandfather of one of its owners founded Hill’s Van Service, which is currently an agent for Mayflower Transit.
